- Who can participateContest is open for photographers from all over the world. You are welcome to apply as many times as you'd like. Applications are accepted in English only.
Depending on the number and quality of all submissions received, FotoSlovo awards and Honorable Mention awards may also be presented. - Technical requirementsImages should be in the size of 1500 pixels on the longest side, 72dpi and JPG format. Do not add watermarks on images or contacts to your application. AI images are accepted only in the category entitled «Experimental / AI».
Images should be original work created by the artist. All winning artists will receive a digital award certificate. - Copyright and AdditionsPhotographs must be copyrighted by the applicant. Images will be used by FotoSlovo strictly in connection to the contest and will not be used for any other purposes other than to promote FotoSlovo Awards on the website and on the social pages dedicated to the contest.

FAQ
Yes, the goal of the contest is not to simply highlight a certain topic, but to find the most creative authors. Entries will be judged by a nominated jury anonymously. A panel of experts in photography will each review all the entries and select a group of winners on the basis of creativity, artistic merit, subject and style.
Yes, you are limited to 14 photographs per series. But you can enter an unlimited number of series or single entries.
A series consists of at least 6 and no more than 14 images, sharing a common theme and a single title. Series will be judged as an entire piece.
To enter the contest you should register on the form below. Log onto the website and follow the online instructions to upload images from your computer. When your submission has been completed, you will get an e-mail confirmation.
You can pay by PayPal or credit card. All payments are processed in EUR currency.
Yes, you can submit to FotoSlovo Award with the work you've previously entered into other competitions.
The winners will be announced in May 2026 by an official letter to the mailbox filled in the application. Information about the finalists and winners will also be published on the FotoSlovo website and on our social media pages.
