When I moved to Madrid in 2018 with my family, Casa de Campo quickly became more than just a park to me. Between caring for my daughter and adjusting to a big city, I would slip away to the park and let myself get lost in its paths and corners, camera in hand.

With long-term photographic series, I explore how photography and the use of alternative processes can reshape our perception of a place we think we already know.
The nature I photograph is not remote or untouched, but urban, communal, and imperfect. Yet I find in it an inherent beauty we can delve into, even if only briefly.

I like to think of my photographs as gentle reminders to myself and to others to slow down and pay attention.
